Returns
Returns are easy; we want you to be satisfied with your purchase at Excessive Autosports.
Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment verifiable defective merchandise may be exchanged at no cost to you. All returns found to be non-defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will arrange return of the incorrect item and shipment of the correct item at no cost to you.
Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment unused items in resalable condition may be returned for refund or exchange. All non defective returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Some orders are not returnable; special orders, non defective electronics, turbo kits and clearance/closeout items are not returnable.
Shipping Error
All claims of damage or shortage must be made within 5 days of receipt. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims of product damage or shortage due to shipping must be made with the shipper. Excessive Autosports will not initiate claims with the shipper for damage on your behalf.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order for any reason by contacting Excessive Autosports the SAME day you placed your order. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Return Requirements
All returned merchandise must be in original, unaltered, saleable condition. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer's box that has not been defaced or altered in any way. No credit will be issued for any product showing signs of installation or use.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Return Procedure
To return any product for any reason the follow the following steps:
1. Notify Excessive Autosports by phone or e-mail to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). This RMA number does not imply a replacement or refund.
2. Carefully package the products to be returned. Include a copy of your original invoice and your RMA.
3. For non-defective product returns the purchaser is responsible for arranging and funding shipping to Excessive Autosports.Excessive Autosports will refuse any returns sent C.O.D.
4. Excessive Autosports will pay the return shipping on any defective or incorrect merchandise received by the customer including the shipping charges of the replacement product. In this case Excessive Autosports will issue a call tag for return shipping.
5. Credit for returns is normally processed within 7 days from receipt of your return.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipments do not constitute the right to a refund or exchange. All refused shipments are assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Availability of Products
Most items are available for shipping within a few days, if not sooner, of placing your order. All items are shipped according to availability.
Back-Order Policy
Although we strive to provide fast shipping on all orders, from time to time a product may be placed on backorder from the manufacturer or one of our suppliers. If this becomes the case for your order you will be notified immediately. If you choose not to wait for the item to be restocked we will cancel the order and issue a refund at your request.
